The Samuel Kent Baker Whole-Pallet Double-Head Notcher is a unique machine. With it, you can notch stringers or notch recycled pallets. And it notches both notches in one pass.
Notches Stringers
This Double-Head Notcher handles standard stringers with ease. With 30 hp motors you'll get about 1,800 per hour.
Notches Whole Pallets
It also notches whole pallets. You no longer have to disassemble pallets to notch them. You simply run pallets through this uniquely designed notcher.
Heavy-Duty Construction
The Double-Head Notcher uses tube steel for its frame and is fully shielded. A chip chute directs wood waste down where you can attach it to your existing dust system.
Saves you money
Recyclers claim this machine saves them as much as $2.00 per pallet. That's a savings of $200.00 per hour with only one operator.
