Super-Duty Blockhead Band Resaw

When you need a resaw that's built extra tough, you're ready for the Super Duty Blockhead. This resaw gives you all of the features of the standard Blockhead Band Resaw and adds the features required to run the heaviest, biggest material you have.

The Super Duty Blockhead Band Resaw is solidly built. The frame is constructed of huge 6" X 6" heavy-wall, tube steel. The 8" wide heavy steel conveyors handle even the heaviest material. Its strong, straightforward construction handles your toughest jobs and last for years.

Once you purchase a band resaw, blades become your greatest expense. The bigger the wheels, the longer the blade life. That's why the Super Duty Blockhead Band Resaw comes standard with 36" wheels. The bearings to carry these wheels are extra, extra heavy duty. The Super Duty Blockhead Band Resaw comes with your choice of 8", 12" or 16" wide conveyors. Heavy-duty 7" wheels with 1.5" shafts drive the conveyors. To feed the material through efficiently, you choose either Powered Top Feed Conveyors or Powered Side Feed.

With it's rigid slide system and fully adjustable wheels, the Super Duty Tracking System is second to none. Just set it and forget it.

Everybody wants super tough, idiot-proof guides. We have them. With few moving parts, there is little adjusting to do. With the exception of left-to-right, our hope is that you never need to adjust them.

All Blockhead Band Resaws are designed to maximize blade life, cutting accuracy and cutting speed. The superior blade guides are a major factor in this. In addition, four 2,000 lb springs provide proper blade tensioning.

Cut squares up to 16" wide and any length. The 36" wheels give you a height capacity of 13" plus the cut. This means cutting 4/4 material you can cut up to a 14" tall cant.
